Web apps we've designed and built as concepts
Real interface work, drawn as working UI. These are concept products — labelled honestly — so you can judge our design and engineering before you talk to us.
Whatever kind of web app, built properly.
SaaS platforms
Multi-tenant products with Stripe billing, onboarding, roles, SSO and an internal admin.
Customer portals
Self-service accounts, documents, payments and support for your customers.
Dashboards & internal tools
Replace spreadsheets with live data, workflows and approvals.
Marketplaces
Two-sided platforms with search, messaging, payments and payouts.
AI-powered apps
Copilots, agents and document AI grounded in your data, with human approval.
Modernization
Rebuild legacy apps incrementally without stopping the business.
What you get that a typical vendor doesn't promise.
We write these into every proposal, so you can hold us to them.
| What matters | Typical outsourcing shop | Freelancers | Us |
|---|---|---|---|
| Senior engineers & designers on your project | Varies | Varies | Yes |
| Clickable prototype before engineering starts | Rarely | Varies | Yes |
| Working build you can test every two weeks | Often | Varies | Yes |
| Code, designs and accounts in your name from day one | Varies | Varies | Yes |
| Product thinking — we'll tell you what to cut | Rarely | Varies | Yes |
| Design, mobile, web, backend and AI under one roof | Often | Rarely | Yes |
What actually drives cost.
Any agency quoting a price before understanding these is guessing. Tell us about your project and we'll send a written scope with a cost range for a first version.
User roles & permissions
One user type vs. tenants, admins, managers and external users.
Integrations
Stripe, CRMs, ERPs, data warehouses and legacy APIs each add effort.
Data complexity
Simple CRUD vs. reporting, search, imports and audit trails.
Real-time features
Live updates, collaboration and notifications.
Compliance
SOC 2-ready practices, HIPAA or audit requirements.
Design depth
Solid UI kit vs. a fully custom design system.

Questions US teams ask first.
How much does a web app cost?
It depends mostly on roles, integrations, data complexity and compliance (see “What drives cost” above). After a 30-minute call we send a written scope with a cost range for a first version — and tell you what to cut if the budget is tight.
How long does it take?
We'll give you a timeline for your scope in the estimate. You'll see a working build every two weeks on a preview link.
Can you take over an existing codebase?
Yes. We start with a short code and architecture audit, then stabilise and improve it while shipping features.
You're based in India. How does that work with a US team?
We schedule a daily overlap window in US hours (morning ET / early PT) for calls and standups, and work asynchronously the rest of the day — so you wake up to progress. You get a shared board, a weekly written update and a demo every two weeks.
Who owns the code and IP?
You do. IP is assigned to you in the contract, the code lives in your GitHub, and infrastructure is created in your cloud and store accounts from day one.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes — before you share anything sensitive. Just ask on the first call.
How do contracts and payments work?
Discovery is a small fixed-scope engagement. The build is either fixed scope with milestone payments or a monthly team. Invoices are in USD.
Are the apps on this page your client work?
No. They're concept products our team designed and built as UI to show how we think. We label them clearly, and we don't publish client names or numbers without permission.
Have a web app in mind? Get a written estimate.
Three quick steps. A product lead reviews it personally and replies within one business day with questions, an approach and next steps.
- NDA before the first call
- You own the code & IP
- Calls in US hours
- Written scope before you commit
