Refund Policy

We provide professional services under written agreements. This policy summarises our standard approach; the signed agreement takes precedence.

Discovery engagements

Discovery is billed as a fixed fee. If we cancel before starting, you receive a full refund. If you cancel before the kickoff workshop, we refund the fee minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred.

Milestone-based projects

Payments are tied to milestones with defined acceptance criteria. Accepted milestones are non-refundable. If a milestone does not meet its agreed criteria, we fix it at no extra cost.

Monthly teams

Monthly engagements are billed in advance and can be ended with the notice period in the agreement. Unused, pre-paid time after the notice period is refunded pro rata.

Email connect@ambekarya.com with your invoice number. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
