This policy explains how Quanvier ("we", "us") handles personal data when you visit this website or contact us. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and, where it applies to you, the GDPR.

What we collect

• Enquiries: name, email, company, phone (optional), project details and preferences you submit through the contact form.
• Usage data: if analytics are enabled, pseudonymous data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location, collected via Google Analytics with IP anonymisation.
• Technical logs: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) kept for security and abuse prevention.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare proposals (consent / steps prior to a contract).
• To understand and improve the website (legitimate interest or consent, as applicable).
• To protect the website from spam and abuse (legitimate interest).

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use processors to operate the site and email (for example hosting, email delivery and analytics providers) under contracts that require them to protect your data. Data may be processed outside India with appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months unless we start working together, in which case contract records are kept as required by law. Logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to exercise your rights. Email connect@ambekarya.com. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India or your local supervisory authority.

Security

We use HTTPS, secure headers, validated forms, rate limiting and least-privilege access to protect data. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.
